CBC Sells Multifamily Property in Apple Valley
Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Multifamily Team has coordinated the sale of an eight-unit multifamily property located on Zuni Road in Apple Valley. Coldwell Banker Commercial Vice President, Bob Basen, and Multi-family specialist, Jerrad Schendel, represented the seller of the apartment homes, who has worked with the CBC Multifamily Team on several other occasions.
The sale moved swiftly to accommodate the out-of-area seller as well as the buyer, securing a sales price agreeable to both parties. Basen and Schendel, assisted the seller in determining an asking price that was in line with the market value, generating high interest and multiple offers from investors.
